A: Normally, we provide you with installation diagram or installation guide. And we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.
 
Q: How about your package? What can you do for me if the doors/ windows were damaged when I open the container?
A: Cardboard is our standard package, wooden carton is also available.
If the products were damaged when you received, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
 
Q: What if you send me the wrong products?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final confirmation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new ones freely.
 
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM service? 
A: We have the self-owned brand, OEM &ODM should be available under corresponding agreement signed by both sides.
